Lemon dill rice

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Stock, chicken
1 cup Rice, uncooked
1¼ teaspoon Lemon peel, grated
1 teaspoon Dill weed
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter

Preheat oven to 350. Bring stock to boil. Combine all ingredients in 1-½ qt baking dish. Stir well. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Fluff and serve. Delicious with fish or pork.
