Lemon dill rice

| 1 | cup | Rice, uncooked |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Lemon peel, grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Bring stock to boil. Combine all ingredients in 1-½ qt baking dish. Stir well. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Fluff and serve. Delicious with fish or pork.
