Lemon rice

Measure Ingredient
6 cups brown rice, freshly cooked
1 each lemon rind, grated
1 each lemon, juiced
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup celery (opt)
1 teaspoon rosemary (opt)

Combine rice with all ingredients and toss together. Serve immediately.
