Lemon and garlic plaice

3 | Spring onions; finely chopped | |
1 | Green chilli; seeded and diced | |
1 | Red chilli; seeded and diced | |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped coriander leaves |
2 | Garlic cloves; crushed | |
2 | ounces | Low fat olive oil spread |
1 | Pinches salt | |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
Directions
Rinse the fish fillets, pat them dry and put them in a heatproof dish.
In a bowl, mix together the spring onion, chillies, fresh coriander and garlic. Melt the olive oil spread in a small pan or in the microwave, and add this to the spring onion mixture. Finally, add the salt and lemon juice and set aside.
Pre-heat a moderate grill. Pour the dressing over the plaice and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through and basting from time to time.
