Lechon kawali

Measure Ingredient
1 kilograms Pork belly
2 teaspoons Salt
5 \N Whole peppercorns
5 \N Cloves garlic, minced
\N \N Oil, for deep frying
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 \N Cloves garlic, minced
2 \N Pcs chili peppers

SAUCE

1. Boil pork in enough water with salt, peppercorns and garlic until tender. Drain.

2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

3. Mix together all ingredients for the sauce and serve with chopped lechon kawali.
