From: Cheryl Miller <csmiller@...> Date: Fri, 26 Jul 1996 20:24:21 +0000 Using 2 large fresh lavendar sprigs with flowers - use wine vinegar. Place in a clean, sterilized bottle and palce in windowsill for 2-3 weeks. Very pleasing rosemary-like flavor that is perfect on fruit salads.
