Lasagna #02

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Ground beef
½ Box (8-oz) lasagna noodles
1 large Onion
2 cans (6-oz) tomato paste
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
1 Box (16-oz) cottage cheese; small curd
3 packs (6 to 8-oz) Mozzarella cheese

Boil noodles. Drain and rinse with cold water. Brown meat in skillet and add spices, onion and tomato paste. Mix eggs and cottage cheese. In large casserole make layer of noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella.

Repeat layers ending with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
