Yield: 10 servings
|1 can||Refrigerated pizza crust dough (10 oz)|
|6 ounces||Cream cheese, softened|
|1 can||LAS PALMAS Salsa Mexicana, well drained, divided usage|
|1 cup||Shredded lettuce|
|1 cup||Shredded Cheddar cheese|
|\N \N||Sliced green onion tops|
|\N \N||Sliced ripe olives|
|\N \N||Pickled jalapeno slices|
1. Preheat oven to 425'F. On lightly greased baking sheet, press pizza dough into a 13 1/2x11½" rectangle. Bake 8-10 minutes until browned; cool.
2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in ½ cup drained salsa. Spread over cooled crust.
3. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese and remaining drained salsa.
