Laka's meatballs

| ½ | cup | Peanuts; shelled, toasted and ground |
| ½ | Envelope cream of onion soup | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated ginger root |
| ½ | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | pinch | Nutmeg |
| 1 | pinch | Cinnamon |
| Ground black pepper | ||
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| Salt; to taste | ||
| Oil; for frying | ||
| 1 | cup | Beef stock |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| Juice of 1 orange | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated fresh ginger |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
MEATBALLS
SAUCE
Meatballs: Mix all together.Check salt.Cook in oil.
Sauce:
Blend orange juice and starch. Stir into boiling stock along with ginger, season with salt and pepper. Stir over heat until it thickens a little.
Serve over meat balls.
