Quantity Ingredient
5 tablespoons Powdered sugar
3 Egg whites
2 Egg yolks
½ teaspoon Vanilla
Flour
¼ Salt

Add powdered sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites. Add 2 well beaten yolks and vanilla extract. Fold in flour, which has been sifted twice with salt. Line a pan with paper, don't grease it.

Press the batter through a pastry bag on the paper forming a strip 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake in slow oven (300 degrees) for 10 minutes.
