Kohl's london broil - flank steak

1 | Flank steak | |
¾ | cup | Oil |
1 | Jigger soy sauce | |
1 | Garlic pod sliced | |
½ | teaspoon | Rounded, curry powder |
½ | teaspoon | Rounded, ginger |
Directions
Slash the edges of the flank steak. Mix together the rest of the ingredients, and pour them over the steak.
Let the steak soak in this all day. Remove steak, place under the broiler 3½ minutes on each side for rare. Slice on bias to serve.
