Yield: 1 Servings
|¼ ounce||Creme de cassis|
|5 ounces||White wine|
A kir is roughly ¼ oz. creme de cassis and 5 oz. white wine. A kirroyale is the same thing, but with champagne substituted for the wine. Chambord makes a nice variation.
