|2||Cloves crushed garlic|
|2 cans||Red kidney beans(undrained)|
|1 medium||Onion; thinly sliced|
|½||Green pepper sliced lengthwise.|
|1 medium||Bay leaf|
|Salt & pepper to taste|

Date: Wed, 31 Jul 1996 19:00:03 -0500 cook garlic then add kidney beans and bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes, then add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over white or brown or wild rice. I have added canned tomatoes for a different touch for my kids, once in a while.
