Italian black beans and rice

Yield: 4 Cups

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
½ cup Onion ;chopped
2 \N Garlic cloves ; minced
19 ounces Black Beans ; undrained
½ cup Cooked ham ; cubed (I leave
\N \N ;out the meat)
¾ teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
5 drops Hot Pepper Sauce;3-5 drops
2 cups Rice ;cooked

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic, cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stil in all remeaining ingrediants except rice.

Simmer, cover 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
