Italian black beans and rice

Ingredients

½cupOnion ;chopped
2Garlic cloves ; minced
19ouncesBlack Beans ; undrained
½cupCooked ham ; cubed (I leave
;out the meat)
¾teaspoonDried Italian Seasoning
5dropsHot Pepper Sauce;3-5 drops
2cupsRice ;cooked

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic, cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stil in all remeaining ingrediants except rice.

Simmer, cover 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
