| 28 | ounces | Sweetened condensed milk |
| 8 | ounces | Lime juice from concentrate |
| Green food coloring (opt) | ||
| Whipped cream | ||
| Whipped topping | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 325'F. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring if desired.
Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
