Key lime pie #01

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Condensed milk
4 \N Egg yolks
½ cup Lime juice
3 \N Egg whites
1 \N Egg white
6 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Cream of tartar
1 \N Pie crust; baked

Beat one egg white until stiff. Mix condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice; blend well. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Put into pie crust. Beat remaining 3 egg whites until stiff; beat in sugar and cream of tartar. Spread on top of lime filling. Bake in 350 degree oven until whites are golden brown.
