ok i am making chili tonight so i thought i would share my recipe, and i do mean my recipe. i figured it out one night when i was making chili and ran out of chili powder. this chili is the best i have ever tasted because it doesnt have that heavy taste that the chili powder gives it. definitely TNT!! BTW- this is off the top of my head b/c i bother to write down recipes but i think the proportions are right.
In a skillet, brown the meat and onions. Drain off all the oil and fat. Mix all of the ingredients in a large pot on medium high heat. when it boils it is done.
* i love tomatoes and i usually add a can of diced tomatoes to the chili when my stepfather, who hates tomatoes, is not there. also sometimes i add a small can of tomato sauce (8 oz. sometimes if i have used more meat then normal.)
** i have no idea who this is made by... it says on the back that it is a division of Burns Philip Food, Inc. it is a small red package and has a picture of hot wings on the front. it comes w/ a roasting bag and has "Buffalo Wings" writte in big letters across black wings. i usually find it in the section with mixes for wings, meatloafs, and gravies. they make good wings but not as good as the recipe for hot wings that i posted already.
good luck in finding it
