Kamut chili

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked Kamut -- drained
2 cups Pinto beans (optional)
1 large Onion -- chopped
1 \N Green bell pepper --
\N \N Chopped
3 \N Garlic cloves -- chopped
3 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Sea salt (optional)
2 cups Tomato sauce
1 cup Water
1 cup Stewed tomatoes
4 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon Cumin

Put all ingredients in a large cooking pot. Simmer for 1-½ to 2 hours.
