Jumbo cookies #1

Yield: 18 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Sifted all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ginger
½ cup Soft margarine
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Molasses
2 Eggs
1½ cup Oatmeal
1 cup Seedless raisins
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 pack (6-oz) chocolate chips

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt & spices together into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix at low speed of electric mixer or by hand until blended. To make king-sized cookies, use ¼ cup dough for each cookie; place well apart on ungreased cookie sheets & bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For smaller cookies, drop by heaping teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets & bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 1-½ dozen jumbos or 3 dozen smaller ones.
