Jim's salsa

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Boiling water
¼ teaspoon Onion powder*
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder*
¼ teaspoon Basil*
⅛ teaspoon Tarragon*
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
3 smalls Fresh habanero peppers, minced
20 ounces Fresh tomatoes, minced

In a small bowl with a cover, combine onion and garlic powder with basil, tarragon, salt and pepper. Pour boiling water over ingredients and stir. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mince habaneros and tomato. Add to spice mixture, gently stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight is better. *This items are home grown, dried, powdered and/or crushed. The flavor is more intense than store bought.
