|1||Pickled; (11 oz.) jalapeno peppers|
|10 ounces||Sharp cheddar; shredded|
Line glass pie pan with peppers(with or without seeds, your choice!). Put cheese over peppers (higher in the middle). Slowly pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake at 275 for 45 minutes or until set.
