| 8 | ounces | Green chili peppr; chop |

| 1 | pint | Cottage cheese; small curd |
| 1 | pounds | Monterey Jack Cheese; grated |
| Or 1/2 Cheddar & 1/2 Jack | ||
Directions
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven. Beat eggs lightly. Add flour, bkg pwd and salt; mix well. Add melted butter, cottage cheese, cheeses and peppers. Bake 400-15 minutes; then 350 - 35-40 minutes; or until firm. May be frozen and reheated.
