Jalapeno cranberry relish

| 4 | cups | Frozen cranberries; finely chopped |
| 4 | teaspoons | Freshly grated peeled ginger |
| 2 | Jalapenos; seeded and chopped (up to 3) | |
| ¼ | cup | Red onion; chopped |
| 4 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| 1 | cup | Orange sections; diced |
| 1 | cup | Celery; chopped |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. (For milder version, use fewer jalapenos) Refrigerate relish. Makes 2 pints.
