Jalapeno cranberry relish

4cupsFrozen cranberries; finely chopped
4teaspoonsFreshly grated peeled ginger
2Jalapenos; seeded and chopped (up to 3)
¼cupRed onion; chopped
4tablespoonsLime juice
1cupOrange sections; diced
1cupCelery; chopped
1cupSugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients. (For milder version, use fewer jalapenos) Refrigerate relish. Makes 2 pints.
