Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Eggs; hard-cooked
12 slices Ham; 5\" x 1\"
\N small Onions, pickled; or red sweet pepper slices, chives or anchovies

Peel and quarter eggs. Wrap a ham slice around each egg quarter, leaving egg ends showing. Secure ham with a wood pick. Garnish with onions, pepper slices, chives or anchovies.
