Jalapeno wraps

Measure Ingredient
1 Dozen (or more) fresh jalapeno peppers
1 pounds Bacon
1 pack (8 oz) creme cheese

Clean jalapeno peppers and split in half, remove seeds and tops. Spread creme cheese in each half, at this point one may put the other half back on or make 1 chile into 2 (!), wrap the half of chile or the combined chile with a strip of bacon. Sometimes ½ a strip will circle a pepper. Start at top and circle til the full chile is wrapped. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 til bacon is done. This freezes like a dream, place in micro and unthaw, serve.
