¾ cup | Shortening |
6 ounces | Evaporated milk |
4 ounces | Instant lemon pudding |
3½ cup | Rolled oats |
6 ounces | Butterscotch chips |
½ cup | Nuts; chopped |
Combine sugar, shortening and milk; bring to boil. Remove from heat; add pudding mix. Cool to lukewarm; add oats, chips and nuts. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoonfuls.
