Instant no-bakes

Yield: 3 Dozen

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
¾ cup Shortening
6 ounces Evaporated milk
4 ounces Instant lemon pudding
3½ cup Rolled oats
6 ounces Butterscotch chips
½ cup Nuts; chopped

Combine sugar, shortening and milk; bring to boil. Remove from heat; add pudding mix. Cool to lukewarm; add oats, chips and nuts. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoonfuls.
