Impossible chicken-pesto pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked chicken;cut-up
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup Milk
\N \N 2 Eggs
½ cup Pesto sauce
2 ounces Shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400~. In greased 9" pie plate sprinkle chicken. In medium bowl stir baking mix, milk, eggs and pesto sauce with fork until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serve. High altitude: Bake 35-40 minutes.
