Ice water fudge cake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Shortening
2¼ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
3 1 oz. squares unsweetened
Chocolate
1½ teaspoon Soda
¾ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Ice water
3 cups Flour

Cream shortening, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Melt chocolate and add to above. Sift dry ingredients and ice water alternately to other ingredients. Bake in greased pan, 7 x 13 inch, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
