|2 tablespoons||NESTLE Baking Cocoa|
|½ cup||HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk|
|2½ cup||Plain biscuit crumbs|
|1 cup||Desiccated coconut|
|½ cup||NESTLE Milk Choc Bits|
|\N \N||NESTLE White Melts; melted and ALLEN'S|
|\N \N||; Snakes Alive,|
|\N \N||; Monster Mix and|
|\N \N||; Creepy Critters for|
|\N \N||; decorating|
Combine the cocoa, condensed milk and butter in a saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly until the mixture just comes to the boil.
Remove from the heat and leave until cold. Place the biscuit crumbs, coconut, Choc Bits and raisins in a large bowl.
Add the cocoa mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
Press into a well-greased 20cm x 20cm x 4cm tin and chill for 20-30 minutes.
Ice with Chocolate Icing and decorate with melted White Melts, Snakes Alive, Monster Mix and Creepy Critters. Chill until set, then cut into bars or squares.
Place 1½ cups icing sugar, 3 tablespoons NESTLE Baking Cocoa, 3 tablespoons butter and ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix to a spreading consistency with 2-3 tablespoons boiling water.
