Hunan marinade

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Plus 1 tbs hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1 Jalapeno chile seeded and minced
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Orange zest finely grated
1 tablespoon Fermented black beans

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

Use with any kind of beefsteak, lamb, or duck. Marinate 1-3 hours or use as a dipping sauce.
