| 50 | grams | Prepared garlic |
| 1 | Handful mint | |
| 1 | Handful coriander | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced chilli; (1 to 2) |
| 5 | tablespoons | Olive oil; (5 to 6) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
HOT CHILLI SAUCE
Put all chilli sauce ingredients into food processor bowl and mix.
Prepare the fish fillets and place on a piece of tin foil big enough to fold over and seal well.
Spread the prepared chilli sauce over the fish along with a squeeze of lime juice.
Fold the foil over the fish and chilli sauce and seal.
Cook at 250 C for seven minutes.
Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with coriander.
