1 | small | Onion; chopped finely |
125 | grams | Mushrooms; sliced (4oz) |
1 | teaspoon | Hot chilli powder; or to taste (1 to 2) |
1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
1 | teaspoon | Mixed dried herbs |
1 | 397 gram can chopped tomatoes; (14oz) | |
1 | 198 gram can tuna in water; drained (7oz) | |
1 | 208 gram can kidney beans in water; drained (7oz) | |
1 | 198 gram can sweetcorn; drained (7oz) | |

Directions
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently cook the onion and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the chilli powder, cumin and herbs.
Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
