1each28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1each4 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
1largeOnion
3eachesCloves garlic
4eachesJalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped fine
2eachesSerrano Peppers, seeded and chopped fine
3eachesHabanero peppers, seeded and chopped fine
¼cupMarukan Gourmet Seasoned rice vinegar
1teaspoonMexican oregano, crushed
1tablespoonAncho chile powder (plain)
1tablespoonNew mexican chile powder (plain)
Olive oil

Directions

Saute onion, garlic, peppers in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add liquid ingredients and chile powder. Bring to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
