| 1 | each | 4 1/2 oz can tomato sauce |
| 1 | large | Onion |
| 3 | eaches | Cloves garlic |
| 4 | eaches | Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped fine |
| 2 | eaches | Serrano Peppers, seeded and chopped fine |
| 3 | eaches | Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped fine |
| ¼ | cup | Marukan Gourmet Seasoned rice vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mexican oregano, crushed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ancho chile powder (plain) |
| 1 | tablespoon | New mexican chile powder (plain) |
| Olive oil | ||
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, peppers in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add liquid ingredients and chile powder. Bring to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
