Horseradish, dill and walnut spinach

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Canola oil |
| 1 | small | Onion; thinly sliced |
| 1 | 10 pkg frozen spinach; thawed | |
| (or 2 cups packed fresh spinach) | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | White horseradish |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill or 1 teas. dried |
| 1 | tablespoon | Water |
| ¼ | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
Directions
In skillet, heat oil. Ad onion; saute until translucent. Add spinach, horseradish, dill and 1 tablespoon water. Saute until spinach is soft.
Stir in walnuts and serve.
