Horseradish, dill and walnut spinach

Ingredients

1tablespoonCanola oil
1smallOnion; thinly sliced
110 pkg frozen spinach; thawed
(or 2 cups packed fresh spinach)
1tablespoonWhite horseradish
1tablespoonFresh dill or 1 teas. dried
1tablespoonWater
¼cupWalnuts; chopped

Directions

In skillet, heat oil. Ad onion; saute until translucent. Add spinach, horseradish, dill and 1 tablespoon water. Saute until spinach is soft.

Stir in walnuts and serve.
