Measure | Ingredient |

1 tablespoon | Canola oil |
1 small | Onion; thinly sliced |
1 \N | 10 pkg frozen spinach; thawed |
\N \N | (or 2 cups packed fresh spinach) |
1 tablespoon | White horseradish |
1 tablespoon | Fresh dill or 1 teas. dried |
1 tablespoon | Water |
¼ cup | Walnuts; chopped |
In skillet, heat oil. Ad onion; saute until translucent. Add spinach, horseradish, dill and 1 tablespoon water. Saute until spinach is soft.
Stir in walnuts and serve.
