Horseradish, dill and walnut spinach

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 small Onion; thinly sliced
1 \N 10 pkg frozen spinach; thawed
\N \N (or 2 cups packed fresh spinach)
1 tablespoon White horseradish
1 tablespoon Fresh dill or 1 teas. dried
1 tablespoon Water
¼ cup Walnuts; chopped

In skillet, heat oil. Ad onion; saute until translucent. Add spinach, horseradish, dill and 1 tablespoon water. Saute until spinach is soft.

Stir in walnuts and serve.
