Horseradish vinaigrette

1teaspoonFresh lemon juice (OR up to double amount)
½teaspoonDry mustard
½teaspoonSoy sauce
½teaspoonFreshly grated horseradish (or prepared)
1Garlic clove; minced to
3teaspoonsFresh herbs *
½cupOlive oil

Directions

* Fresh herbs mix should be equal parts basil, dill, parsley and chervil.

Place all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake jar vigorously until mixed.
