Honeyed roast potatoes

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Potatoes; peeled
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
\N \N Salt to taste
¼ cup Honey

1. Add potatoes to a pan of cold water, bring to the boil then drain immediately.

2. Place potatoes in a baking dish and butter and sprinkle with a little salt.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes 4. Baste with honey and bake a further 20 mins. or until tender.
