Honeydew juice

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Honeydew melon
2 cups Ice cubes
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Sugar or to taste
\N \N Cut melon into wedges and
\N \N Remove seeds and rind. Cut
\N \N Melon into 1-inch
\N \N Pieces In a blender combine
\N \N Half of melon with half of
\N each Remaining

Yield: about 6 cups
