Honey-mustard tenderloin

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Whole pork tenderloin; about 1 pound
4 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
½ teaspoon Paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Slice thinly to serve. Makes 4 servings. 229 calories per servings.
