Fried turkey breast

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Breast of young turkey
\N \N Salt (to taste)
\N \N Pepper (to taste)
1 cup Flour

Slice turkey cross-grain in ¼ inch thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Deep fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
