Honey-cream muffins

Yield: 12 muffins

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, beaten
⅓ cup Butter, melted
1 cup Light cream
½ cup Honey
1 cup Chopped dates (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir in the egg, butter, cream and honey, just until moistened. Fold in dates if desired. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
