| 2 | tablespoons | Honey | 
| 2 | cups | Confectioner's Sugar | 
| drop | Vanilla Extract | |
| pinch | Salt | |
| 1 | Egg White | |
Directions
Cream the butter and honey together, adding ½ cup of sugar, the vanilla, and the salt. Stir well, add unbeaten egg white and remainder of sugar. Beat until smooth and use as icing for Honey Sponge Cake.
