Honey barbecued ribs

Ingredients

| 3 | pounds | Spareribs |
| ⅓ | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Plum Jam |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pale Dry Sherry |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
Directions
Cut rack of spareribs into quarters; place in a shallow roasting pan.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Pour over spareribs. Cover and marinate 2 to 3 hrs. Bake at 325 F for 1 hr, turning ribs frequently.
Makes 4 servings as dinner, or 6 to 8 servings as part of a Chinese meal.
