Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese, cubed |
| 1¼ | cup | Milk |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 4 | cups | Potatoes, thinly sliced |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chives, chpd |
Directions
In lg saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper; stir over low heat until smooth. Add potatoes and chives; mix lightly.
Spoon into 1½ quart casserole; cover. Bake 350 deg, 1 hour, 10 mins or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving. Can make this ahead but don't cook, refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake as directed.
