Homespun scalloped potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
1¼ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
4 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Chives, chpd

In lg saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper; stir over low heat until smooth. Add potatoes and chives; mix lightly. Spoon into 1½ quart casserole; cover. Bake 350 deg, 1 hour, 10 mins or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving. Can make this ahead but don't cook, refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake as directed.
