Homemade meusli oatmeal mix

Ingredients

| 8 | cups | Quick cooking oats -- NOT |
| Instant | ||
| ½ | cup | Packed brown sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
| 1½ | cup | Dried apples -- and/or |
| Raisins | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly combined. Put into an airtight container with a 10-c capacity.
Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
