Ingredients

1tablespoonUnflavored gelatin
¼cupCold water
¼cupBoiling water
6packs(small) cream cheese; softened
3Ribs celery; finely chopped
1tablespoonFinely grated onion
3tablespoonsCatsup
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½pintWhipped cream
2Stuffed green olives; sliced
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Soak gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Grease ring mold well. Put olives around bottom of mold & set aside. Mix cream cheese, celery, catsup & Worcestershire. Add salt. Mix cheese with above ingredients until smooth (no lumps). Fold in whipped cream. Place cheese mixture carefully over olives in bottom of ring mold. Place in refrigerator until firm.
