Cheese mold

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Cold water
¼ cup Boiling water
6 packs (small) cream cheese; softened
3 Ribs celery; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Finely grated onion
3 tablespoons Catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ pint Whipped cream
2 Stuffed green olives; sliced
½ teaspoon Salt

Soak gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Grease ring mold well. Put olives around bottom of mold & set aside. Mix cream cheese, celery, catsup & Worcestershire. Add salt. Mix cheese with above ingredients until smooth (no lumps). Fold in whipped cream. Place cheese mixture carefully over olives in bottom of ring mold. Place in refrigerator until firm.
