Homemade chocolate pudding and pie filling

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Unsweetened cocoa powder -- |
| Sifted PLUS | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Unsweetened cocoa powder -- |
| Sifted | ||
| 3¼ | cup | Granulated sugar |
| 1⅓ | cup | Cornstarch |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stire with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 6 c container with a tight fitting lid.
Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place.
Use with 3-4 months.
Makes about 6 c Homemade Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling.
