Holiday hummus

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Cloves of garlic; (up to 3)
1 bunch Fresh parsley
2 larges Scallions; cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cans (15-1/2 oz) chick peas; rinsed and drained
6 tablespoons Tahini
6 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt

1. Put garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor, and mince.

2. Add the chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick paste.

3. Store in a tight covered storage container and refrigerate.
