Ingredients

| 2½ | cup | Sifted flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 2 | Eggs; lightly beaten | |
| 2⅔ | cup | Mincemeat (28 oz = 2-2/3 cp) |
| 1 | can | Eagle Brand sweetened; condensed milk |
| 2 | cups | Mixed candied fruit (a 1-lb jar equals 2 cups) |
| 1 | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
Directions
Butter a spring form or 9-inch tube pan, line with waxed paper, butter again. Sift flour & soda. Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit & nuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake in slow (300 degree) oven for 2 hours or until center springs back when touched & top is golden. Cool. Turn out, remove paper.
