Hiker cereal

Yield: 6 Cups

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Oatmeal
1 cup Wheat germ
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 cup Slivered almonds
¾ cup Packed brown sugar

At home, mix ingredients and spread on cookie sheets. Toast in 250 F8F oven for an hour. Cool, and store in plastic bag. Chopped dried fruit can be added. Makes about 6 cups. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Trail Mix
