Highlander kumara salad

Measure Ingredient
3 mediums Kumara; peeled
3 Hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons Chopped chives
½ cup HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing
1 pack HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing
; Mix
½ cup White wine vinegar
1 can HIGHLANDER Milk

DRESSING

Salad:

Cook the kumara in boiling water until tender. Cool.

Cut the kumara into chunks.

Slice eggs lengthwise into eighths.

Place layers of kumara and eggs in a bowl.

Add the chives and salad dressing.

Toss together and serve immediately.

HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing: Combine HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing Mix with ½ cup white wine vinegar.

Whisk in the can of HIGHLANDER Milk.

Cover and store in refrigerator.
